CommandPDF’s merger copies the pages of the first file, then the second, and continues through the file list. A one-page cover plus a two-page invoice file should produce three pages: cover, Invoice A, Invoice B. Dragging the invoices above the cover changes that sequence.
Pages keep their individual dimensions: merging Letter and A4 does not normalize them to one paper size. The bookmark option creates entries from source filenames; do not assume an existing nested bookmark tree, digital signature or interactive form survives unchanged.

How to Use
Add at least two PDFs
Select a cover and its supporting documents. Encrypted PDFs must be opened or decrypted with the appropriate password first.
Order the files
Move the cover to the top. Pages inside each file retain their sequence; use Organize PDF if an individual page needs moving.
Choose bookmarks and merge
Enable the bookmark option if you want entries named after the source files. Create and download the merged PDF.
Check the exported document
Add the source page counts and compare with the result. Reopen it and inspect mixed-size pages, forms and any signatures.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does merging reduce file size?
Not necessarily. It combines page content into a new file. If size matters, compare the result with your recipient’s limit and evaluate compression separately.
Does it preserve existing signatures?
Do not rely on signatures remaining valid after rebuilding a PDF. Keep signed originals and validate signatures in the result with a suitable validator.
Why are pages different sizes?
The merger retains each source page size. Use Fix Page Size separately if your recipient needs uniform dimensions.
